Hello, the potting tray is 24 inches wide. 21 1/2 inches back to front. and the back raises to 7 1/2 inches and the front raises to 2 1/2 inches.

Q: Will a 1020 tray fit inside this?

I don't know what a 1020 tray is. This thing is awesome though! I have two of them and use them all the time.

Q: Litterbox help. use large sz for my bunnies. can't find a liner that fits- jumbocat doesn't make any that size :( any suggestions apart from heafty?

Works very well as a litterbox for my Flemish Giant with sight issues. Litter/hay does not get kicked out any more than the regular boxes my other rabbits use. It is difficult to dump because of its size so I use a dust pan to scoop out used litter.
