Arrived promptly. I am delighted with the ball (or rather my 11 year Mastiff is!). My boy immediately took to the ball and began rolling it and enjoying the delights! I’ve given 5* as it currently meets that criteria; however in fairness it’s very early days to tell about durability. Although the ball does seem sufficiently sturdy, my Mastiff doesn’t tend to chew his toys. Any change, I’ll update review accordingly. I do prefer this plastic to the “hard” (almost brittle) plastic of other balls I have bought in years gone by. I did think a funnel would make putting/pouring treats into the inner ball easier. Consequently I cut an old plastic water/juice bottle. Absolutely perfect for the job! The next day I received a “welcome email” from the company (via Amazon) - it’s actually one of their suggestions! In fact, I would recommend the short demonstration video (or at least the “filling method”) be part of their selling information on the Amazon page. Simply thought I’d mention it here, to make it easier for those who do buy the ball. However, also impressed the company has this follow up “welcome”. PS.... I now see pictures on the the page suggesting methods to fill the ball. Definitely deservedly 5* for Customer Service and product. PPS... I had a query and contacted the company for assistance. I have to say that rarely have I encountered such exemplary Customer Care and service. The Customer Care team promptly replied to my email and immediately resolved the issue for me. The prompt, courteous and friendly response reassured me that I was dealing with a reliable company which cares about its customers. It reminds me of the service I have received in Harrods, Fortnum & Masson etc. Should my boy need any more toys etc, I will be buying this brand/from this company. I highly recommend the company for their excellent Customer Care as well as the product.

Excellent product, well worth the buy, the border collies I own and doggie sit love it, they've had a bit of a chew on it after the treats ran out and I couldn't find any teeth Mark's after. Big enough to not get stuck in small areas, also the added protective outer layer with the holes make it easier and more fun for the pooches to roll around. The treat toy isn't limited to size of treats to use as the dispensing hole is adjustable and so easy to do so. Would 100% recommend this product

Labradoodle loves this ball, it's easy to fill if you use a plastic funnel. Has to be a wide funnel, the one that came with our washing machine for filling the salt fits perfectly. The ball is robust which is useful as our dog is large and strong. This ball is not as noisy as hard plastic feeders we have used previously. We put it away as soon as it's empty so it's not used as a chew toy. The adjustment is easy but is limited to the size of the food or treat you put in it. We use it to feed one of the dogs meals daily so he eats slowly and enjoys rolling it around for 10-15 minutes.

I never usually write reviews but after doing a lot of research before finding this treat/activity ball I have to say it's brilliant! Our dog Billy has destroyed every toy we've ever given him within hours (sometimes minutes) apart from a Kong and bones. I ordered this as wanted something to keep Bill entertained between his morning walk with us & his afternoon walk with his Walker. We've had a treat ball before and he chewed the top off pretty quick so it was unusable after that. It was also hard plastic so he kept damaging things around the house throwing it about. This arrived yesterday and he has played with it constantly since, loving getting the treats out and knawing on it. It's a soft plastic but incredibly durable so no damage even when he drops it down the stairs onto the wood floor and as you can see, after him being along with it today when we were at work it's still in great condition and not a lot of wear and tear. More time will tell but right now I'd highly recommend this for a sturdy boredom breaker.

My dog comes towork with me. I work in an office in the centre of a city 4 floors up, so it's not a particuarly interesting place for a dog to sit all day. I bought this last week just to make lunchtime last a little longer. To say it's a hit is an understatement. It's just taken her 30 minutes for her to snaffle a little under half of her lunch, which normally takes her seconds. She had to think about getting her food out, so it's great for tiring her out mentally. She's having a doze in her bed now so will have the rest of her lunch when she wakes up. For any dog that's food orientated, this will be a great hit. I wish I had bought her one years ago.

Product Review: Not Suitable for Pets I purchased this item for my dog, and unfortunately, I’ve made the mistake of buying it as was hoping it will be the same quality as the one I purchased 4 years ago. The product is made of flimsy plastic and is not sturdy at all. It poses a serious danger to pets, especially if they tend to chew on things. I consider it a complete waste of money and would not recommend it to any pet owners. Very disappointed!

It's good, but not ideal for stronger chewer dogs. As a toy this is great. My dog loved it, especially because she is very food-driven, but this is not ideal if you have a strong chewer at home. She managed to break the blue rubbery external shell and even ate bita of it. No issues because of it.

My pups really into treat dispensing toys and I saw this one and decided to order it. Shipped quick and turned out to be a huge hit for my Parker. Kept him entertained, the hole the treats dispense out of is adjustable to make it harder or easier. He has an injured paw and I was looking for a toy that was not plastic while his paw heals and this one is perfect.

This toy is such a great treat toy. It's so much better than others because you can adjust the hole inside where the treats fall out making it last a really long time which is important when you have a smarty pants dog that finishes most games in minutes and because other treat balls have holes so big there is no point they just fall right out. Might as well just throw the treats in a pile on the floor! This ball is worth it, brilliant design. Bravo seller!!! PS- I was worried my chihuahuas little paw would get stuck in the holes and break his leg for the first 100 times but nothing to worry about, he hasn't come close. So don't stress about it, I did all for you :)

Le ha durado una hora...el mecanismo de dentro se estropeó enseguida. Y eso que la compré xq decía el fabricante que era muy resistente.
