I ordered this mostly to try it. I have no complaints - no digestive issues or other side effects. I also can't really claim that it has been effective. How would I tell? All I can say is that the pill is easy to swallow with no funky taste or smell (that I experience anyway), and it seems to be well priced for what it is. Overall, I'm happy with this item and have no complaints.

I've been taking collagen supplements for a long time now, primarily to help with some joint pain. I haven't found that any type of collagen has helped with my hair or skin, but maybe the inclusion of other hair/skin-healthy ingredients in this collagen supplement will make a difference. I haven't taken it long enough to notice any difference, but these pills are a great alternative to my regular powdered collagen, when I don't feel like dealing with a powder. They are easy to swallow and don't have any weird aftertaste. They do have really high levels of other ingredients, so I try not to take any supplements concurrently that also contain those ingredients.

capsules are large but easy to swallow and have no taste, I have had no stomach issues since starting. I have noticed significant improvements in my nail growth and strength, as well as my hair growth and health. Price is ok but a little on the high side for a one-month supply (serving is 3 capsules per day).
