Caution!
We tried to plumb this using standard push fit piping. It was way too loose and didn't even stay stuck when we packed it with silicone. Then we used floplast solvent weld piping and it fits snugly and seals. The label on both says 40mm but actually on the solvent weld pipe is printed 43mm, which is what this flange measures.

Got the job done
They work, but the internal diameter is bigger than the outside diameter of standard FloPlast 1.5" solvent weld waste pipe, so the solvent cement doesn't work and I had to fill the gap with silicone. None the less, feels robust and got the job done.Edit: has an internal diameter of just over 43mm so I guess it is supposed to work with 40mm solvent weld pipe?

Just OK
OK but not very solid the screws stripped the threads easily and before I was expecting them to. Used some Stixall and all is water tight.
