Such a simple system shouldn't work as good as this one does. Wow, one minute of arm/chest exercise and it felt like I was holding a 60lbs dumbbell. Excellent product. Just hope it works for years to come.

I wasn't a believer in the product. I had one and it seemed to flop all over the place. Then someone showed me the way to work out with one and I was blown away. What a product. Watch the DVD and get shaking!
