Mattress by tulo, Pick your Comfort Level, Medium Twin Size 10 Inch Bed in a Box, Great for Sleep and Balance Between Soft and Firm

Let me tell you I have 3 young kids and they always end up in our bed. We purchased this bed and I have to be honest with you. I didn’t want it. My husband likes firm and he wanted this mattress. I wanted the purple mattress but it was over our budget. We bought this in a king size and the first night we slept on it, the kids came in the bed and I was again stuck in the damn corner of the bed but it was fantastic! It felt firm but still soft. There are different mattresses-firm, medium and soft. We got the medium one and it feels like you’re sleeping on top of the mattress. It’s not soft so if you like a really soft mattress this is not the Mattress for you. It’s firm yet comfortable and I wasn’t really expecting that. I love sleeping in this bed now and I love every part of it-even the corners. The box is small and compact and it opens up fairly quickly. Great mattress.. so comfortable.. highly recommend. I will change this review if anything changesUpdated: January 29,2019Its been about 2 months with this mattress and it is better than the first day. You will get used to it just give it time. I read some reviews that mentioned that if you are not a back sleeper then this mattress is not for you. I am not a back sleeper. I actually love sleeping on my side and i sleep on the side with this mattress and it is firm and overall very comfortable. I need to stress that if you dont like firm, do not purchase this mattress. It doesnt make you feel like you are sinking in. You are sleeping right on top of the mattress. It has soften up a bit in the last 2 months but not super soft or anything. I used to get back pains especially when its that time of the month and im so surprised that my back has not been hurting at all. I would update this review if anything changes.Update: April 4, 2019It has been about 4 months since i purchased this item and let me say that is is so much better than the first 2 weeks. You have to give this mattress time to adjust and if you sleep in your own little section, like most people do, you will feel it soften up and it is an amazing mattress. I dont hear my husband move, i dont hear my kids jump in the bed and i definitely sleep like a baby every. single. night. My husband was sick with flue so i slept in another room/another bed because i didnt want to get sick and my back started hurting me and as soon as i slept back in my bed the back pain was over. I need to add that this mattress is hot. Im extremely cold person so that doesnt bother me at all. My husband gets hot often and has not complained at all about the "hotness" but maybe its just me and that im going through some menopause? not sure but there are times that i do feel hot during the night but it is still an amazing rest..

I was able to try this out at a store before purchasing it through Amazon, so I knew what I was getting. Let's face it, buying a mattress is getting more and more complicated. You just don't know what your'e going to end up with, and the days of simple, flippable mattresses is gone. This one is so straightforward, it was an easy purchase.Between trying it out at the store and purchasing it, I read many of the reviews good and bad. I decided to go for it.It's simple: It arrives in a box (darned heavy!), wrapped in a plastic cover with all the air sucked out. Lay it out on the bed, carefully cut the bag open, it unfolds, "inflates," and you have a mattress.I am very sensitive to scents and off-gassing. There were neither. Not a hint of odd smell or anything toxic. I got this for another person in my home, but I will get another one for myself next year when I replace my current mattress.

We were sleeping on an extremely old, concrete slab of a mattress. Our bodies felt old, battered and on death's door step. Even our internal organs hurt. We are a young couple who's ages average 30. We had a modest mattress budget that we worked hard for. We did some research and then headed out to a mattress store to test out our answer to life's healing power of restful sleep. Our #1 pick was over our budget and we had a tie for second place between Tulo and some other mattress. After seeing Tulo comes in a box I looked it up on Amazon for the reviews and price. Even though the mattress store we went to was having a sale we wound up buying a Tulo mattress, frame and sheet protector off amazon for $48 more than what we would have spent for just the mattress in the store. We were even under our budget which is now the beginning of our couch fund. After our fist night's sleep on our new heavenly mattress, we both feel like 22 again and that includes our organs. Waking up was a beautiful, moment. I was joyfully excited to take on the day with my new found, childlike feeling again!

This is our third Tulo mattress. The first two were purchased in store and we were so happy with the comfort and support we purchased this one. These mattress inflate as soon as they are opened, there is no waiting, and they do not smell! The first thing I checked upon arrival was the expiration date on the exterior of the box. It was in range but not quite as new as the previous mattresses we had purchased. This mattress inflated oddly on a corner and had a bit of an odor, however, after about 3 minuets the smell was completely gone and the mattress was completely flat and proper by the end of the day. I assume this was because it was a bit older than the other two mattresses.These mattress have improved my sleep substantially. I wake up without back or hip pain and and actually feel refreshed! When you first lay down on the mattress you may feel that it is hard, however it produces no pressure points and you will get the best sleep of your life. There is a breaking in period, but you will sleep better the first night. My husband is 6'2" and weighs 240, I am 5'2" and 120, this is the first mattress we have ever found we can both sleep comfortably on. Just buy it!

I ordered this mattress not knowing what to expect but it is definitely worth the money. One of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on. My sleep quality has improved drastically. I'm a stomach and side sleeper and it works well for both.

I bought the medium mattress 1 year ago and I thought it was great then, it was soft but felt like it had lots of support. However, a year later and the top layers of foam have lost all support and I'm hitting the dense layer at the bottom, which has been causing me quite a bit of back pain. And I'm 175 lbs, so I feel like I should have gotten way more years out of this mattress.

In ordered a medium King size like my Friend had bought but this thing is hard as a brick! This is the most aweful thing ive ever owned, but after a fuss they refund my money!!!
