Good quality non stock coating. Exposed handle can get quick hot.

I regret purchasing this frying pan. For the price of ₹2,800, I expected better quality and thoughtful design. The biggest flaw is the metal handle—how am I supposed to hold it when it gets hot? Most brands use heat-resistant materials, which is just common sense. Unfortunately, this pan lacks that. Additionally, the finish is subpar and does not justify the high price. At best, this pan is worth ₹1,000, not nearly three times that. Definitely not a good buy!

Because of the negative "not non-stick" reviews, first thing I did when I got this was to test it frying an egg without oil... it's as advertised and perfect! I've used it with and without a bit of oil for a few days now, making more egg dishes and other stir-frys, and it has been great. I think those who find that things stuck may not understand that with non-sticks you need to give it more time to heat up on Lo (for my gas range) or low-med instead of turning the heat up really high. I only wish the handle was hard plastic instead so it doesn't get hot to touch...
