good flavor
easy to prep for the morning, i usually hate oatmeal but this flavor is nice, just have to get past the texture. After a couple days of eating these, its not as bad. You get used to the texture after a while. But these are really filling, and i add a scoop of protein powder to mine every morning (on top of the protein thats already in it), good value, with the bigger kits offered cups too. healthy and low sugar, taste great

Great for a busy college athlete
I purchase these Oats Overnight Cookies & Cream for my college athlete daughter monthly, and they’ve been a great option for her busy schedule. With practices, workouts, classes, and everything else she has going on, having something quick and convenient to prepare is really helpful.
