Aquaguard Enrich Ritz Pro RO+UV+Copper+Alkaline Water Purifier

This Aquaguard is a good choice if you are dealing with hard borewell water and want a modern purifier. The Wi-Fi features are genuinely useful as being able to check the live TDS level and your filter health on your phone gives plus the 4 year warranty is also a massive W since you completely avoid yearly AMC fees, just be prepared to be patient when it's comes to installation depending on your local service network you might get a super helpful technician right away or you might have to call customer care multiple times to finally get it set up. Talking about the size it's doesn't take much space and easy to install and after the filtration the water tastes like your normal water nor i feel any huge difference in the taste with is a good thing. What I like about : 1 - App integration actually works well for tracking water quality and booking repairs. 2 - Stainless steel tank and reliable touch controls. 3 - Zero hidden costs for the first four years. Overall If your city water is already clean with low TDS don't waste your money on a heavy-duty RO system like this basic UV/UF filter is all you need.

Good experience purchasing this RO+UV purifier. The installation was also done easily, and I didn’t have to call multiple times to get it installed. The installation guy was really helpful and explained the features and functioning properly. The product itself looks very premium and the build quality feels good. In my opinion, this is a good option if you have borewell or high-TDS water. But, if your municipality water already comes with low TDS and is reasonably clean, I would suggest looking for a cheaper purifier instead of going for RO, as RO may not be necessary in that case. This purifier is more suitable for feature lovers. It is Wi-Fi enabled so you can track the purifier’s health, TDS and other details directly through the app. The touch controls are also working well and feel quite responsive. Connecting it to Wi-Fi was easy as well, and the guy helped me in that too Another thing I liked is that you can book a service through the app, which makes future maintenance more convenient, for now it has 4 years of unconditional warranty, so as of now, you may not have to worry much about service or repair costs during that period. Hopefully, if any issue comes up in the future, the complaints will be resolved quickly. Overall, a good premium RO+UV purifier with useful smart features, especially if you have borewell/high-TDS water and like having everything connected and trackable through an app. So far, I’m happy with the purchase

I got my product installed and I will rate the product on basis of pros and cons Pros - 1 The Appearance and the look of this water filter is very good , it feels premium and overall a good quality water purifier. 2 It is thin and takes less space in kitchen rather than other which takes lot of space horizontally 3 Can be connected with wifi and we can literally see the water quality on the water purifier itself which makes it very convenient and gives sense of security that we are drinking good quality of water 4 App that indicates the health of each component of water purifier and notifies if any service or any issue is identified in water purifier 5 and lastly the 4 year unconditional service Is very good Cons - 1 You have to call again and again to get your water purifier installed and customer service too doesn't do much so installation takes time and need to have patience 2 During service too you may need to contact customer service again and again so better to keep the installation guy number So overall if we keep the service thing aside , the product is very good but service can be improved as installation literally takes a lot of time and patience ( Atleast for me it was delayed a lot) but good product in terms of IOT device to monitor your water purifier from your app itself is the best feature is liked
