Plugged it in, reset it like ooma told me to and was on the phone within 10 minutes.

This phone sound is poor (worst than the DP1 OOMA cordless phones). It suppose to be HD, but sound like you are in a tunnel.I installed Cisco 504G, and you can not compare the sound quality. Spend few dollars more, and buy the Cisco phones.I would not buy Ylink again.

We bought 15 Yeahlink T23G through Ooma. The features are for a very small business (5 or fewer users). Once you need more features, you might thing about getting a bigger system. We can't put someone on hold and pick up the same line at another phone. We have to setup a line so we can "Park" a call to pick it up at another phone. If we transfer a call it won't come back to us, if the other person is not available. Again, we have to park that call, then call the person they are asking for to see if they are available, then pickup the parked call and forward it. It's just a lot more work than it should be.
