Got this for digestive support after hearing Sadhguru suggesting this with turmeric. Digestive support worked AMAZING and unintentionally and unexpectedly I noticed my skin was glowing after a few months big time. I stopped and switched to another NEEM product and the skin went back to dry after 2 weeks of not using this product. May have to continue for the skin glow, so that’s a personal decision, however for me it’s worth it and I totally suggest this, big time personally ❤️🫶😌

I originally got this to help eradicate SIBO but I was also having some unexplained neurological pain at night. After taking this my SIBO symptoms were lessened but I got the breath test and I still tested positive for SIBO. However, my nerve pain completely went away and now I’m not sure if this is the reason it was fixed but I did read that neem is a cure-all for all sorts of things. Anyways I’m so grateful my pain is gone, maybe it was due to a bad bacteria or parasite.

I found that occasionally using Neem, especially when traveling, is helpful for digestive regularity. Not sure about the skin part--hard to measure--but the digestive feature is reliable.

I was concerned about the reviews suggesting it was counterfeit so I called Ayush and was able to confirm based on some questions they asked me that it was the correct product. It smelled slightly different than the bottle I got through Fullscript but it contains Guduchi which the Fullscript does not. The product through Fullscript has been great so far.

Bought this product to try out on some form of gut dysbiosis I’ve had for a couple of years after antibiotic use. It seems to be slowly working, every day I feel a little better.

I love this product for keeping my troubled skin clear and healthy. I have been using this product for years and today I called Ayush's customer service directly to ask why this shipment I received was a much lighter tan color capsule and was told that the formula for the capsule (casing of the supplement) was changed and that this is the CORRECT color. Thanks Ayush Customer Service for your clarification.

I took only two pills, one each day and developed large red hives and red rashes on several parts of my torso. I also experienced bradycardia which lasted several days. I think this was an allergic reaction to these pills, as I had taken nothing else new. I called the company several times and left messages for their "licensed practitioner" to see if others had similar side effects, but none of my calls were returned. I did read one other person's review who complained of red hives on their face. If bradycardia is a possibility, then this product needs to come with a warning, as serious cardiac problems could result.
