Good quality build, light weight. Battery life good, about 8 - 10 hours of continuous use. Not for those with smaller ears as the unit may be too large to fit behind your ear. The ear piece (the part that fits in your ear canal) can become uncomfortable after extended wearing. Sound is plenty loud and clear, people tell me they can hear me very clearly on call so the microphone is excellent

I purchased this headset to work on computers while talking to customers. Overall I like the quality but the only reason I gave it 5 stars is that it doesn't seem to hold a charge for long. It has never run out on me during a conversation but it does seem like it loses a charge very quickly when not in use.

used this when driving car without bluetooth. works excellent:connects fast, really clear reception, was always heard, fit was good, charge time was never long and I was never able to use up all the charge before recharging and i spoke for 4 hours sometimes before recharging. charges with my phone charger but came with chords. My only issues is there are no replacement ear buds in the pkg and the little press button thingie for answering the call fell off one day. luckily i was in the car an found it and stuck it back in. i am sorry someone stole this from me, i left it lying around the office.

I really do hate writing a negative review, but this Bluetooth broke at the 'on-off, answering button' very soon after i began using it. I returned it and ordered another in case it was just a fluke, but it broke the same way. Sorry to say, I think this equipment is very poorly manufactured.

As far as I know, I cannot pick up the phone (a call) via a voice command. However, the sound quality is great. I may buy another one since I have legitimately worn this one out.

Best value I've found found for this design. I constantly break headsets so purchasing more expensive units hurts each time they get destroyed at work. The quality vs price of these is excellent.

Didn’t include instructions so my husband has no idea how to use. He wanted me to return but by the time I figured how to do it, said too late. I have really enjoyed Amazon, but going to rethink before using next time

Great headset, I guess I have a smaller ear so it’s not a snug fit, and will fall off if I move to quickly or run, it won’t stay on. But considering the sound quality and battery life I will gladly deal with the looser fit.
