This is a wonderful bread knife! After reading so many positive reviews I concur with the feel of the knife, the sturdiness of the knife, the sharpness of the knife, and the lightweightness of the knife. I used it today for the first time, cutting through a crusty loaf of Costco Walnut Raisin Bread. This knife is great. It is solid metal from end to end. With an ergonomic handle so it doesn't slip. It also comes with a protective sheath for protecting ourselves when hubby shoves it in a draw it doesn't belong in. It comes sharp and ready to cut. Which it does a great job at. No ragged torn bread. Just nicely sliced pieces. I bought 2. I for myself and one for my daughter. This way mine doesn't disappear. Lol. If you know you know. Super easy to use wash and store.

This knife is very sharp and a good value. The included sheath is a good idea to prevent accidental cuts. It cuts homemade crusty bread with ease however it tends to bind cutting bagels in a bagel holder. Because the cutting edge is much thinner than the the rest of the blade this occurs. Perfect for slicing loaves of bread on a cutting board!

Great bread knife at a great price. Do not spend $40 dollars on a bread knife, this is great quality at a very reasonable price. Cuts bread like butter, perfect length, very functional and has a good grip. It comes with a sleeve for safely storage. Highly recommended.
