Does the job well
I have been using this at night for several months to ease the issues with carpal tunnel syndrome while sleeping. It has made a big improvement and now I have to use it less, it does take awhile to get used to wearing it while sleeping and the sleep is not as good because you're wearing it but then you have to accept a trade off here which is why I now wear it a little less than at the beginning because I said above it has made an improvement
