Healthier Comforts Organic Heavy Cream Powder (72% Butterfat) | Certified USDA Organic, Kosher | Gluten Free, Non-GMO, Keto Friendly, Free of Antibiotics & Hormones (rBGH or rBST) | Made in USA (7 ounce)

Delicious! I bought this primarily for my coffee. I wanted a cream that didn’t have any additives to add to the very mid coffee at work. After reading a label of your common powder creamer you will be surprised what junk is in there. Especially if you’re using it everyday multiple times a day. Something to note - this blends very “okay” directly into coffee. Unless you smash all the lumps out you’ll have some in your coffee when you stir it. Pro tip: this was a game changer - you need a very cheap electric milk frother you can buy here on Amazon. 2 things you can do: 1) use the frother directly in your coffee to get the smooth blend. 2) make a batch of cream in a small mason jar. Use very hot water and the frother to blend it. Let it cool and put it in the fridge. A million times better than big corpo cream. You can now also use this in cooking if you wish. It’s superb.

As a home cook who cooks exclusively from scratch, this is the brand of heavy cream powder I always keep on hand. This powder I incorporate into artisan bread recipes to enhance the softness of a hearty sandwich bread or any bread where you want a crusty outside and soft inside. I also add to recipe calling for heavy cream. It's perfect to use in conjunction with flour for breading chicken or chops before frying or healthier oven frying. THIS WILL NOT WHIP UP like fresh bottled heavy whipping cream does for desserts/whip toppings. All it does is add the fat to a recipe for texture enhancement. BEST for creaming up soups and stews. Super high quality and it doesn't smell funny like other lower quality powder brands.

I like having this on hand, for when I occasionally need heavy cream for a recipe.

Nice it's organic, but otherwise very disappointing. I bought it for adding cream to coffee, but it will not dissolve. Instructions say to first dissolve in water - tried that even though it doesn't make any sense. Clearly this does not dissolve in water. I added over 3 tablespoons to my clumpy coffee but it still didn't taste creamy, let alone dreamy;) Furthermore, the bag won't reseal. Contents have to be transferred to another container for storage. BTW, it can't be returned, so buyer beware!

Buy this! I bought this to improve my smoothies and also because I never have creamer for friends who take cream in their coffee. It is sooo good! It’s not nasty like powdered milk or coffee mate creamer. It’s rich it’s cream.

Tastes weird

Excellent news. I maintain heavy cream availability throughout any given month for my culinary needs. The product quality is consistently fresh and readily accessible. My inventory encompasses a comprehensive selection—fresh produce, dry goods, packaged items, canned products, and fruit cups—all maintained at peak freshness from any seller on Amazon. Moreover, this seller demonstrates exceptional responsiveness and attention to detail in packing. The offering represents strong value for the investment. Additionally, the quality and texture are superior, with versatility depending on preparation method.

Purchased this to offer to guests as a non-refrigerated coffee bar organic/clean option, and take camping. It does clump although I haven't tried adding it to water first as the instructions say. It's a tasty alternative! Thanks Healthier Comforts!
