Great product and customer service was excellent, had problem with first delivery as top of lid was marked but I was sent a replacement straight away

Lovely teapot? Looks the part in my new kitchen. Nice with plastic bit on base as don't have to shield the worktop from heat. Only slight downside it's much heavier than my old one but I guess that's because the quality is so much better

Stylish but quality of metal lid a bit disappointing. Difficult to clean inside as opening a bit small. The non slip base is separate . Would be much better to be fixed/glued on.

Sturdy, stable, shiny, well constructed, pours perfectly with no dripping.Looks very attractive on the kitchen worktop or tea tray and makes a damn good cup of tea.Should see me through to the end!...Update 10 yrs on, I'm still alive and the teapot is as good as the day I bought it. Even the rubber foot ring remains in good condition. Likely to become a family heirloom. Expect further update 2032.

There are only two parts and they could not even connect them!!

Beautifully designed teapot with non slip base. Pours without any drips, and the 1.2 litre size will make 4 standard size mugs.

Love the shape but very poor quality.Welds very untidy and rough.Sadly returning.
