I purchased the Frido Car Neck Pillow and I must say, it has completely transformed my driving experience! The ergonomic design provides excellent neck and head support, especially on long drives. Very disappointing product. The Frido car neck rest provides almost no actual neck support and fails to fill the gap between the headrest and neck properly. Instead of improving driving comfort, it feels more like a cushion attached to the seat rather than a true ergonomic neck support. Considering the price of around ₹1,200, the value for money is extremely poor. There are much cheaper alternatives available that offer similar or even better support. I bought it expecting relief during long drives, but it made little to no difference. Would not recommend this product, especially at its current price.

Caused me more neck pain. But quality is good.

This pillow is exactly placed at the unsupported neck area and makes us feel most comfortable. I bought this for long hour travels and it’s a must buy. With this pillow the tiredness I used to feel in the neck and shoulder area after long travels is gone. I bought more of these for family members. Even if you use it as a lower back support, it regains its original shape and it’s good to go for neck again.
