I’ve only worn it once (for 12 hours) and it seems to be quality and thick. No seam or bulge where the thigh material ends. My biggest concern was size running small after reading reviews. I resisted the XL and ordered a large instead and it fits well (definite slimming/compression effect but that was the point... and I wasn’t dying after 12 hrs). I’m 6’0”, 185lb and 6 months preg. My pre-pregnancy size was 10-12. I’ve included the sizing chart that is shown on the box which you may find helpful. According to this I’d be an XL but L is fine, so in other words I disagree with people saying it runs way small.

I am not a fan of shape wear whether I'm pregnant or not, but I really needed something like this to smooth out my thighs and tummy area and also prevent chaffing. This one is the most comfortable I've worn to date. Of course, you won't want to spend an entire day and night in this (your tummy will need a breather!), but it's great for wearing under dresses and is super comfortable. For reference, I am 5'8", 19 weeks pregnant, 163lbs and ordered an XL. It is a bit big, especially in the tummy area, but it will be perfect as I continue to grow. The L would have been just fine too and maybe even more slimming, but if you're like me and hate compression wear, definitely size up for comfort. I only deducted one star as the seams at the bottom of the legs are a bit noticeable in lighter dresses, but they don't dig in to your thighs which is a huge plus!

I freakin LOVE this thing! I am 29 weeks pregnant today and wish I had ordered sooner! I bought a XL just to be safe and with growing belly, honestly I fit in M and L sizes in everything else, so I think it runs a little small, then again I have gained some weight during this pregnancy LOL. Normally size 8 pre-pregnancy, 5'7". Currently have gained about 26lbs since being pregnant (like I said, gained some weight LOL) anyways I still fit into size M from motherhood/destination maternity clothes for size reference. But really LOVE these things. They keep everything nice and comfy and belly feels nicely placed. Also love no chaffing while wearing a dress due to the legs on this. They have not ridden up yet. This is my first day wearing it but so far it's been very comfy!

Perfect support and smoothness under my form fitting dress! I’m 5’5”, 172lbs, 32 weeks pregnant and wore the size large in nude under my baby shower dress. The thigh portion was long enough to not cut into me and show through the dress like other spanks have done in the past. I definitely recommend this and use the size chart. I would suggest sizing up if you are close to the end of the spectrum.

This has been wonderful for me! I was suffering some serious hip and sciatic nerve pain (I am 31 weeks pregnant) and was almost immobilized with the pain the day I ordered this. I hadn’t gone looking for shape wear to help with the pain (was looking for shower outfit “helpers”) but read other reviews that said the compression was beneficial for them. So when it arrived the other night I tried it on! It was AMAZING! I could take normal strides, not the over exaggerated painful preggo waddle I had been doing! Also, the slimming benefits are lovely. Like others said, the thighs are slimmed and the belly supported but not squished- I don’t have thigh donuts where the shaper ends. I am thrilled with this purchase and considering grabbing another so I can wear it every day! The price is great too! I was a size 16/18 pre pregnancy, I am 5’6” and I ordered the XL.

I ordered this in LX Nude and LX Black. They sent me XL nude and L nude and now somehow my order has now been changed (after I asked to get the right size and color). That will be fine if they let me return the one that is wrong.The biggest problem is that I wore the one that did come in the right size 4 times and have not washed it (as hosiery should be washed sparingly and I always wear underwear under it). By the third time wearing it holes had begun to form on the seams where the legs meet the butt area. I bought this because it is supposed to eliminate chaffing and be thicker than the spanks version but I am not pleased with the quality of the product or the customer service.

I'm not sure I'd give these 5 stars year round, but for cooler weather they are perfect. Needing circulation support in pregnancy (medium medical grade), but unwilling to pay the price (first pair of medical grade ones got a hole in a week at $80/pr!), I tried spanx, assets and these. I wish these were a little looser in the belly (I'm not sure they will comfortably take me to the end), but the support in the hips and thighs is just what I needed. They feel good, are pretty thick, but not noticeable even under leggings. The thickness just makes them sturdier... easy to get on nonetheless. If you need vein support in pregnancy thighs and up... these are for you. M is equivalent to a 2 in spanx/assets, but the belly does feel a little tighter - not the legs/hips though.Update... at the very end of this pregnancy...they still fit great, the tummy panel is much stretchier than I thought. They are my absolute favorite maternity shaper and even support short considering I am using them primarily to treat varicose vein pain. Consistently wearing them in the day, I have no pain, no further progression of VV problems. Also, they are wearing great. I wash them in my normal dark/warm wash cycles and have NO runs or tears. A few small runs in my Spanx/Assets pairs over the same time frame. Also... the leg on these does NOT roll at all.

This is a pretty great shaper. I love how the shorts don’t ride up at all! The only thing that is slightly disappointing but nice at the same time is that the belly area is very “loose” I am only 5 months though so I will probably like that when I’m further along. And it’s not so loose that it falls down- just doesn’t feel very supportive yet.

Can’t go wrong with these, made me feel a lot better wearing them under my dress as I’ve felt abit lumpy and bumpy being pregnant I’m normally a size 8 but I’ve probs gained abit so 8/10 I’d say so I ordered small they fitted perfect doesn’t squish your bump either. Worn at 31 weeks

Far too small. Sizing needs to be rectified

They are on the slightly small side but did the job well in hiding knicker line. They come up nice and high over the bump.

Love love love ! Got rid of all the lumps and bums and very comfortable and I was 6bmonths pregnant when I wore it to two weddings

They look nice when they are on, but they started falling apart after first/second use.
