Absolutely rubbish roller ball on solution bottle does not work

The roll even doesn’t roll at all

What happened here? I bought this a few months ago, seemed good. Don't know the exact size (fl oz) of the bottle but it was a good amount, I'm guessing around 4oz, give or take. When it runs out, I come on here (Amazon) scroll thru my orders, find the BeBodywise hair serum (from my list of previous orders), click buy again. When it get to me, its 1/4 the size of the first bottle. If that isn't enough of a slap, the tiny10ml bottle is same price as older, larger one. I get inflation happens, I know shrinkflation is a real thing, but ducking kryst, I tried to reorder the same thing, its not here anymore at all. Not even an option. Trying to use this new tiny bottle is like using a ball point pen on your scalp. I so think the serum is doing something as far as helping hair growth. I'm just baffled by the new tiny size thing with no explanation or warning that I saw anyway.

It has a lightweight, non-sticky texture and absorbs easily into the scalp. With consistent use, I noticed reduced hair fall . At this price this product is very good and effective and Overall a good addition to a hair-care routine
