Cake Cooling Racks- Set of 2 Round 8 Inch Chrome Cooling Cake, Pastry or Cookie Racks

They fit my pot perfectly. I’ve used them inside the pot for steaming pudding and also as cake racks.

We have recently gotten into pressure cooking. The problem we noticed is keeping the meats off the bottom of the cooker while it is doing its thing. I found these and the measurements were perfect so I picked up a set. Let’s just say they work great and allow the juice to go back to the bottom to be distributed over the meat again. They are super easy to cleanup and store right back in the pressure cooker. These cooking racks are a great product at a great price.

I don't use these for cooling cakes! I bought them for use in my Instant Pot for water bath canning 1/2 pint jars of jam and they work perfectly. I can place 7 jars inside the Instant Pot on one of the racks to process for 10 minutes. Then I use the other one to cool the jars on when I remove them from the boiling water. It is a great setup!

These are fairly light weight, but do the job for cooling cakes. I am also using them to put in the bottom of pots when I am processing canning items such as jams. And they work fine for that.

A more detailed description, including the height of the racks, would have been desireable. However, they are quite useful and satisfactory.

Perfect for my stock pot - to use in lieu of my large canner when I just have a few jars to can.

Work ok for what I need them for. Still kinda flimsy though.

I have been searching for this size of round cooling racks. Just received and plan to use them during the upcoming holidays.
