I wasn’t expecting much from something this simple, but it’s made a bigger difference than I thought. I use these massage balls mostly for tight shoulders, neck tension, and sore spots in my back after long days at my desk and after workouts. They make it really easy to target specific knots, and I feel noticeable relief after just a few minutes. The firmness is actually perfect for deep pressure, and the durability stands out—they feel like they’ll hold up well with regular use. They’re also small enough to keep nearby, which makes it easy to stay consistent with them. Overall, they’ve become part of my daily routine for quick recovery and loosening up tight muscles.

Recently my plantar fasciitis started acting up (not super bad) and I wanted to treat it immediately. I keep these two balls under my desk at work to massage the underside of my feet. So far it looks like my symptoms have subsided significantly.

I was originally contemplating returning these balls because they are very hard. However, I am so glad that I persevered and did not. In fact, I would NOT want them any softer. These things really work, whether it is treating a bad back, muscle spasms, pulled muscle, muscles, tight, shoulders, etc. Relief is immediate and it is because they are so hard that they work. It takes a little getting used to, but well worth it!

The two plastic massage balls can be used to help people in many ways. They can be used to massage legs, lower back, and in my case, my feet and my balancing problem. I am age 89 and have a mild balancing problem, and I use a cane. I am treated by an occupational therapist who recommended that I place the ball under my foot and move the foot forwards and backwards, and from side to side, and repeat the process daily for 1-2 minutes per foot, applying comfortable but not painful pressure. She said it stimulates the foot, nerves, blood flow, and even helps balance. I enjoyed doing it and found that it is very relaxing.

Not as spikey as I expected.

Tardó cinco días más de la fecha inicial programada de recibido, y me notificaron del retraso. Se sienten de muy buena calidad, ambas pelotas. Al principio me parecieron muy duras, pero ya usándolas para el masaje plantar se sienten que cumplen el cometido... La azul me ayuda mucho a realizar el masaje plantar.

No son pelotas entrenadoras para después de la cirugía; son demasiado rígidas. Deberían ser blandas/duras para fortalecer el músculo. No sirven.
