Is the sizing based on US standards?

Thank you for your support of HISEA. Yes, the women's rain boot sizing is based on US Standard.

Would they work well in rainy days?

Absolutely! The sole is well sealed to the upper, so no leaks onto your feet.

I usually wear wider calf rain boots because I have musclar legs. Do you think these would stretch to accommodate me?

PVC material is flexible, but if you need wide calf, i think larger size will be better, my size is just right.

Are they good for fishing in a stream or pond?

Thank you for your support of HISEA. Yes, the women's rain boots are good for fishing, higher shaft provides additional protection, seamless design ensures no water leakage and seepage.
