RadoDiaMaster XL Silver Dial Men's Ceramic Watch R14072112

I'd place in ratings minus one star if possible but had to put in one star to get my experience in.I purchased this watch in order to give my 15yr old son an upgrade from his last watch, a Tissot T Race sport watch which dial handle broke off from its stem which of coarse made it unable to function. This watch looked like a million dollars but shortly after wearing it a very small section of the the link adjacent to the clasp broke off. I sent a message to the seller and he nonchalantly said our store doesn't carry parts for the watch we sell and to try a local jewelry store for repair. I sent a message to RADO on their website, they in turn sent me a message that I could buy the complete bracelet for $986 British Pounds. I thought that's ridiculous since I paid $936 USD for the complete watch and all I need is either a link or a clasp. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER RADO WATCH AGAIN, they are made of extremely inferior materials and the RADO company doesn't even sell their parts. BIG RIP OFF!
