These boots were way to small for my son who has just moved into a size 14. (I am a mom so bear with me on this analogy), one boot fit like Cinderella, the other, like Drucella and Anastasia. The total upside to this grim tale is that they were provided by XLfeet.com. I contacted them directly via phone call and the gentleman was so friendly and accommodating. He enlightened me (from personal experience) to the do's and don'ts of XL feet wearers. By that afternoon, I was emailed a return label for free return and was graciously given an exchange for another boot that was more my son's style (size of 14EEEEE) which my son loves comfortably. Very useful and comfortable. It keeps the foot warm. Lightweight. It's easy to walk. I just found it hard to put on and take off.
