Great scooter, my son really likes it. It has plenty of power and does a great job on dirt and stone surfaces. The battery range is great the customer support has been top notch.

Great scooter. Bought it for my wife and it's a lot of fun to ride. The Dual motors makes a big difference. My brother has bought of the Ewotwo 48v single motors for him and his girlfriend and theirs will do 25ish miles per hour. This one does 35+ and leaves them on the hills. He is now planning to buy 2 of these for him and his girlfriend. We liked it so much, I bought a 60v dual motor thinking more is better. It's literally too fast for my wife and kids, this one is the perfect around town and recreational riding scooter. The battery last pretty long as well. Depending on terrain and the weight of the rider, we can get around 10 to 12 miles before losing a bar off the battery. I'd say 40+ miles is very achievable with this scooter. Update!: amazing customer service as well. I purchased this in December 2025. I started having trouble with my turn signal switch now, June 2026. I reached out to the seller and through responsive conversations, we were able to diagnose the issue and get what I needed fixed. They notified me that I was past the warranty but still sent me the part as a courtesy. Man in today's time, that's a big deal. Most companies are out for themselves and this company bent over backwards to diagnose and solve my issue, past warranty.

The product quality was far below expectations, especially considering the price. The return process was even worse. I was required to pay more than $230 in return shipping costs, and then the company charged an additional $329.50 restocking fee. Combined, these charges were nearly equal to the original purchase price. At no point during the purchase process or when my return request was approved were these excessive fees clearly disclosed. I feel completely misled by this experience. A product that failed after one week should not leave the customer responsible for hundreds of dollars in unexpected fees. Poor product quality, poor transparency, and poor customer service. I would not purchase from this company again. For maximum impact on review sites, keep the review factual and specific. Reviews that focus on documented experiences and actual costs tend to be viewed as more credible by both consumers and platforms. The return process was even worse. Fast and keeps accelerating. Keeps charge for along time. Heavy compared to others. Worth buying especially when it was on sale

My 11 year old loves scooter. It's quick and fast. Has all the lights you need. It's a bit big, tall handle bars. Not your little kids scooter at all. The only problem is the small screw inside the handle bar comes loose often. (when the handle bars are collapsed down the screw is on top) Being able to steer I think is important, so I can't recommend this scooter. Oh and you know they (the law) are coming down hard on these fast electrics.

Great scooter, climbs the steepest hills, simple to operate, great fun to ride. I've bought a second one to ride while the other is charging. Always got a quick response from customer service.

I really liked this scooter, but unfortunately, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had purchasing an item on Amazon\. The scooter arrived with parts already installed and appeared to have defects and signs of wear\. I contacted the seller and Amazon for help, but I felt like I received very little assistance\. I paid $748 for this scooter, and because of the return process, I ended up spending an additional $361 just to return it to the third\-party seller\. That is extremely frustrating and an unexpected expense for an item that arrived with issues\. After this experience, I personally will not purchase another expensive item from a third\-party seller on Amazon\. I also expected more support from Amazon when dealing with a defective product and a difficult return process\.
