I don't use claw clips because the ones for thick hair are just huge and I don't like the way they look that big. I can wrap my hair like a French twist and this holds it perfectly. So whether its a lot of hair or a little, it holds and it is so cute. It curves perfectly around my head for a nice feel and sits flat. I can rest my head on a head rest or pillow and you barely feel it. I workout with this in my hair and it doesn't fall out. Great Hold, even for thick hair. Highly recommend. I'll be buying more colors.

Love these flat clips. I have thick wavy hair and they hold my hair perfectly for the day. They do not slip. Super easy to use just like a regular claw clip but doesn’t stick out from your scalp.

Clip looks great but is not effective on fine hair. If you have thick or curly hair, this size clip would have better grip. This only stays on fine hair if you don’t move your head.

Wow! Easy painless lift and volume! There’s been a gap - a solution for hair volume needs that wasn’t addressed til now! Nearly everything else mashes or puts weight on the hair in some way. Not at all with these clips. They ONLY lift by pinching the hairs in small measured chunks SIDEWAYS. They’re exactly what I’ve needed all along in order to increase the volume in the crown on very top and back of my hair.I hope very much that they make a stylish clip exactly like this, but more moderate, that you can leave in your hair when you go out. One that doesn’t show at all and stays beneath the hair. (Black or dark brown for brunettes, for example, so it hides good). The big handle of this one would probably show. But a new design could produce another clip that can be worn in public, and isn’t seen, but provides this same volume all day long! But please keep these available for styling at home. They’re perfect for styling/drying/refreshing!I love these! I’ve already bought two sets and am about to buy more. I’m so happy!

Why did you pick this product vs others?:These do not hurt the back of my head.

I have thin strands but curly hair type and I thought these would be perfect for my hair but they are WAY too big and look silly on the back of my head like shown in the advertisement photo. Definitely buy these if you have thick hair or I’d say don’t wear it like shown in the photo because it’s very large. The quality of the clip is good but they’re just large!

These are my favorite clips to use! I love that they are flat and fit comfortably on my head. I have a lot of hair and they are able to hold all of my hair. The 6 pack is a great value for your money.
