12Ft 13Ft 14Ft 15Ft Telescopic Fishing Rod Carbon Portable Spinning Fishing Pole for Boat Saltwater and Freshwater Surfcasting Baitcasting Rod Long Distance Throwing Fishing Rod

The last time I bought a telescoping rod like this, it literally blew apart on my very first cast. I was hesitant to give the style another shot, but I am an avid surf fisherman and trying to keep a rigid 12-foot pole in the car all the time is a major hassle. I usually prefer a traditional one-piece or two-piece blank because multi-segment rods tend to have a pretty slow action, and this one definitely leans slow. But extreme portability was the main goal here, and being able to collapse it down to fit neatly in the trunk or back seat makes it worth having on hand for impromptu stops at the water. The overall quality is surprisingly good compared to other collapsible poles I have handled. The carbon sections slide out smoothly and seat firmly without feeling loose or sloppy at the joints. The physical weight is light in the hand for a rod of this length, so whipping it out toward the breakers does not tire out your shoulder after an hour of casting. The sleek, dark appearance looks sharp on the beach, and the adjustable reel seat lets you position your spinning reel exactly where you want your lower grip. Most importantly, it has proven its durability so far. It handled the strain of throwing bait out into the waves, held together under tension, and has already brought in fish without cracking. If you need a dedicated backup rod that stashes anywhere and delivers solid value for money, this one gets the job done.

This thing is a beast, with alot going for it! I've had mixed experiences with telescoping rods but this one is great so far, extends securely super light for its size and the reel seat is really cool, it is adjustable as in it slides up or down the shaft of the rod blank alowing for a custom fit for how long of a lower handle you like. The eyelets are not fugi but definitely decent quality and alow smooth line flow when casting. All in all great for surf fishing out of a backpack or on a trip without taking up much space. I'll probably get a few more before my next florida keys trip.

As someone who flies to fishing destinations, portability is key. This 15ft rod collapsing into such a small package is nothing short of magic. I was skeptical about its performance, but those worries were unfounded. On my recent trip, it handled surf casting with 6oz weights like a champion, allowing me to reach depths other anglers couldn't. The sensitivity is great for a rod of this style. It's not the absolute most premium rod I've ever held, but for its portability and price, it's unmatched. It does exactly what it promises and does it very well.
