Very good and an easy dinner. I use pork shoulder/but and put in the slow cooker for the day. Be careful with the finishing sauce it is pretty spicy so use a little then taste or just put on during serving. Yummy

Very tasty but very hot. Doesn't make a lot of Chile, I had to add chicken stock to make it go further.
