Didn’t hold him out of the water enough
Used it for my grandson but it didn’t hold him up enough. He was still going partly under and he was scared. He weights 23 pounds.

Great for Small Toddler
We have two of these from two different brands, both are exactly the same. We have boy/girl twins, both are rather small for 2 yr olds, one is not even on the growth charts. These fit children around 20 lbs, it is a bit loose but doesn't fall off. The only problem I have is the center float does get pushed up to the chin but not enough to choke the kids. There is a strap in the back for future growth.

No more blowing up inflatables!
I’m from Hawaii. And I don’t know how to swim. Lol. We started taking our 2.5 yr old son to the pool. I don’t want my son to be like his dad. Well his mom can’t swim either. So I don’t want him to be like his parents. He’s afraid to go out into the water. Only unless his mom or dad is carrying him, guiding him through the water. He loves being independent, so I decided to get this. It’s a bit cold in Texas right now. As soon as it warms up, we’ll rest it out. The quality of the material is great. Not concerned about the stitching and such. I’m confident we will be able to use this for the several kids we plan to have. LolIf this review was useful, please click yes below :)

Works for the price
Man did this change family swim time for the better! My little loves wearing the floaty and it makes it so we can do more with him. Like let him explore at arms reach rather than us holding his full weight at all times. You still have to watch them closely but does allow for a little more exploration. My one complaint is that the floating material inside is like slices of stacked foam sheets which slide awkwardly inside the case when wet and thus causes it to not fit as well. Also the graphic infront looks goofy when it does this. We compensate by making the back strap tighter after we have been in the water a while. About what I expect for the price and still works!

Not a life saving device
I received the wrong print. Dealing with a return/refund. Such a headache. Debating trying for the correct print or ordering a different brand. Update: I ended up returning the item recieved and I did receive the correct one the 2nd time. While the design is cute, this is not coast guard approved like the puddle jumpers are. It hardly keeps my 22 pound toddler above water.

Panda space keeps coming lose in the back
I ordered two of these. The unicorn came with an extra plastic piece in the back to hold the tightness. The space panda did not. My sons keeps getting loose when he swims around.

BEST GIFT EVER for an 18 mo. old Baby
our 18 month old baby was not happy sitting in an inflatable boat while everyone else were swimming freely around him, with this he is so happy and learning very fast to swim and be independent and trust being in the water... It's amazing the best floaters ever!!!

Works perfectly for younger infants and toddlers
Super cute and works well for my 25 lb 2 year old, but he is able to go under water with it when he is playing or enters the pool so parents stay close. I personally like this though bc I’m using it during swim lessons and I don’t want him to think he is buoyant and never get water on his face/head. I think the upper limits of the weight recommendation may be a stretch.

Overpriced, cumbersome, and impractical.
Overpriced for starters, snd the arm bands are hard, and small for a child's arm. Not a good design.
