I never usually write reviews, but these LilyPadz have been brilliant.I'm a 36GG with a 12 week old baby and for the first 8 weeks had been struggling to sleep as my boobs would leak during the night which could only be prevented by sleeping with a Bra and normal breastpads on which was was so uncomfortable.I bought these thinking "I'll just try them" as they are expensive for a couple of pieces of floppy silicone.. however.. they are worth the investment.I've looked after mine very carefully (they come with a little pot to put them in) and they are still in excellent condition.The only time they have leaked is if I have been breastfeeding with the other boob and the letdown was particularly strong - probably only 1 or 2 times and even then it's not been really noticeable.They are so much comfier than traditional breastpads and I wish I had known about them with my first baby too.

Slim and convenient but non stick And hard to wash

After reading the reviews I was dubious as to whether these would work for me. Anyone who has breast fed knows it’s impossible to sleep without some form of pads on unless you want to be drenched in milk. I can’t stand to sleep in a bra and was finding it so uncomfortable on an evening wearing one to keep conventional pads in place so bought these to try… they are amazing! I absolutely love wearing them and would recommend anyone who doesn’t like wearing a bra to give them a go. Not sure how they would be for bigger boobed ladies but as I don’t need much support I have found that they have stayed on brilliantly! 10/10!

I wear these every night to stop milk leaking and they are great for that purpose. Very comfortable, stay put and do the job.However I have a very strong letdown and these are not suitable for holding milk if more than a little bit comes out - it pools, breaks the seal, then pours out. So I have to remove these from one breast while feeding from the other and rely on traditional breast pads to absorb my letdown.They are also easy to clean (soap and hot water) but discolour quickly and lost their stickiness. Luckily this hasn't impacted their functionality. One has also split slightly at the edge after only 2 weeks, but for now still works fine.

I'm pregnant at the moment and only getting a fair amount of colostrum at night at this has really helped me feel more comfortable at night as wearing a bra at night gives me a rash. would recommend! not sure how this will work when the milk comes in but it's helping me a lot at the moment! Thanks guys great invention!

Have tried these along with cloth breast pads, have to say they are not amazing at heavy letdown or overnight. I can't help thinking even if you letdown a small amount of milk overnight the nipple would just sit there covered in milk and the have a chance or leaking anyway when moving.Normal cotton/cloth washable pads for me i'm afraid. It was good to try and would be usefull if you didn't drip constantly but i still wouldn't wear these overnight.

Was able to keep on for as long as necessary between pumping/feeds. So easy to clean, very discreet under swim suit. Really brilliant product.

Have used these for only a week and already disappointed that they have lost their original stick and now not so good. Not worth the money.
