It's very sturdy & excellent quality! It won't tip over, is easy to assemble, it's very lightweight, easy to p/u & remove so others can easily use the toilet. I appreciate that it folds up, is easy to store, and both the height & width are adjustable! The riser will accommodate both small & large adults (small framed people won't feel like they're gonna fall through & us on the fluffier side don't feel smooshed) Our bathroom vanity is right next to the toilet so there's not much room between the vanity & toilet, but you can adjust the riser's width/height to accommodate the size you need. The seat cushion is a comfortable thick cushion and lifts up for easy cleaning. This is definitely a great quality product and a great value! *Side Note: I did discover that if you have a round toilet seat, make sure the riser is positioned as far back against the toilet as possible or you may end up peeing on the floor, if you're a female. Why did you pick this product vs others?: Easy to put together, pieces fit well. Works with the original seat still attached to the toilet (at least with the elongated bowl), and the original seat down. Seems very sturdy. Our loved one weighs about 165, and complains that the seat is uncomfortable. She had a pretty bad "accident" this morning. We helped her onto the seat, and she left a big mess. We tried a few different cleaners, but the seat was stained, is stained, will continue to be stained. It's clean. It just looks gross. UPDATE: The seller contacted me to see what they could do to help. They sent a replacement seat. Our patient (our loved-one) is not complaining so much about it being uncomfortable, either. I added a star for very good customer service.
