Directions Heat one tray and serve. Review: for adults too. Easy on stomach, light portion, Apple & Cinnamon for "apple pie" snack - Sometimes baby or toddler food makes for great snacks and mini meals. Apple Cinnamon is tasty. Reminiscent of apple pie, which led me to this diet/life hack. I'm not on a diet but I try not to take down a whole pie if I can resist. But when I want that apple pie vibe, I find that this is an AMAZING dupe. I heat it up, preferably extra hot. Then I take 3 or 4 basic club crackers (or other light cracker like Ritz) and either pour the contents over the crackers, or I slip the crackers into the bowl under the food (and then just spoon the product on top of crackers as evenly as I can). Let it sit a few minutes. The heat and moisture soften the cracker to a pie crust texture. Then dig in! Add a little whipped cream if so desire, or a little extra cinnamon. Portion control, pretty darn healthy (not perfect by far), and filling too. Other times I have just heated it up and added a little whipped cream and extra apple slices (have even made slices to use as a scoop). Have also just eaten as is, cold or hot. As a meal, it is lightweight and easy on my stomach. I often dont really want any food in first half of day, but I keep quick bites around for times I want something but dont want a big meal or anything heavy. I dont always want a snack bar. I will often keep oatmeal on hand, and this falls in line with that. Just a little more sugar than I would normally want, and less fiber than what I think this should have, even for a toddler. So yeh, I always have a few baby or toddler foods in my pantry. Mostly for convenience and ease on my stomach. I can make the equivalent for a lot less $ per serving, but I like having the shelf stable options on hand for times I dont want to fuss. Works nice for tossing in my car bag, office drawer, etc. Review: great for babies and toddlers - excellent for a quick breakfast or lunch for babies and toddlers, and you can always add fresh fruit to it aswell

Highly recommended
I recently tried the Gerber Baby Cereal in Oatmeal & Barley with Apple Cinnamon flavor, and it has been a fantastic addition to my baby's diet! The 4.5-ounce self-feeding trays are incredibly convenient and perfect for on-the-go meals. My little one loves the taste, and I feel good knowing it's made with wholesome ingredients. The texture is just right for self-feeding, helping my baby develop important motor skills. Plus, the pack of 8 trays ensures we always have a nutritious meal ready. I highly recommend this product to other parents looking for a delicious and healthy option for their babies. Five stars!
