Following my own experience with kinesiology tapes I ordered these for my girlfriens who does yoga and every now and then pulls a muscle. She tried them and is absolutely in love! These even work for hot yoga, just need to make sure you apply it really in advace so that adhesive sticks well. Great, comfortable and highly recommended! 👍

I am not totally convinced about Kinesiology yet, but I have tried a number different tapes and am generally irritated by how quickly they start to come unstuck at the ends.This brand was much better and I have had an application on for over 3 days and it is still in place, even after sport, showering rubbing against bedding and close fitting jeans.I have ordered another roll.

Fantastic tape! Brought 3 pack and glad I did. This take is strong and long lasting even stays on in very hot water and provides help to muscles once dry to. Will continue to buy from here for a good price and quality.

Yuki knows tapes are very stretchy, I danced three hours in them (I’m a zumba teacher) and they were absolutely fine, didn’t move from the place I applied them. The day was horribly hot, but the tapes are breathing, it was quite comfortable having them everywhere on my legs. I struggle with rehabilitation nowadays, so the tapes really gave me some relief, it was a fifth day of me dancing several hours in a row and the tapes helped me to restore a bit. Overall, very content. Very good quality, good pricing, thank you.

Good quality tape. I am using it on a bad knee after a knee operation and it’s giving me a great support. it sticks well and doesn’t irritate my skin.High quality item at a very reasonable price

I have to use kinesiology tape to stop my knee subluxing and I've tried several different brands. Unfortunately I have an adhesive allergy so thought this would be ideal. I can't get the tape to stick for more than an hour before it rolls off. If you want something that sticks well, avoid this brand, you'll end up going through a complete roll in 2 days.
