Excellent customer service! But from them with confidence. The lower is very powerful for my small yard. It handles well and is light for its size. My area is full of tree roots and not the most even land but the mower handled it well. I used it for approximately 15 minutes and my battery bars went down to 1 of 4. Excellent battery life. The cuts were even and style bag collected all clippings efficiently. Simple to empty the bag and dispose clippings. Makes the job much easier at a very affordable price!

This is a great mower. I’m thinking of adding another one just for my small lawn like it was intended for. I keep taking it to mow weeds in our pasture and hitting little trees and such and not doing the blades any favors. It still tackles both jobs well and it takes about an hour to recharge. The mower has a grass catcher bag that’s easy to use and it starts with the push of a button, it’s quiet, is easy to push and has four height settings.

Cheap product. Fisher price bubble mower would be the same quality. Takes 2 hours to mow a small yard. Don't order. Cheap product.

Easy put together Batteries charge quickly Runs quietly and smooth, only used it once, grass was not high Easy handle for a 75 year old female It is small and look like a prototype, because of its size. Therefore, the catch bag is also small. When emptying it is not heavy. I think this will be a good mower for older people or weaker individuals.

I want to start by saying that I am a 69 year old widow. The lawnmower was easy to put together once I was able to decipher the directions. After I had it all put together and the batteries were charged, I attempted to start the mower. It didn't start. I realized that the key wasn't pushed in all of the way. Once I pushed the key in, the mower started right up. I have someone who cuts my yard with a riding mower but there are several areas that they can't get to. The mower cut great in those areas. I didn't use the catch bag because it's prety small so I used the mulch feature. There is a shut off feature that turns the mower off when the grass gets too bunched up underneath. I was able to cut everything that I needed to without the batteries losing their charge. This is a good looking but tough little mower that I like a lot.

Does the job. Cuts the grass. Pushing the mower is easy; it is light as a feather. Compared to pushing my gas powered mower, during which I have to lean in to push it around the yard, this battery powered mower is like taking a walk around the yard. This mower only has a 13" blade, but that just means a longer walk. It is also very quiet. Note that I'm having difficulty with the mower height adjustment; the lever doesn't want to re-engage into the slot. The adjustment lever broke while adjusting the deck height. Returning the product. The Shipping cost of return was significant. Contacted the Seller. The Seller gave the refund without requiring return shipment of the defective product. Great Customer Service.

I really like its light weight design. It was easy to put together however, I did look up a video on YouTube that walked me through it. It was easy to life & put on my back porch when I done. I didn't like the short battery life. I couldn't get an hr out of it but I did get a lot done in the time I did have, which was about 45 mins. I am looking into buying a battery w/long usage time so I don't have to break up my yard work time.

Great for small yards. Light weight easy to carry. Great value for the cost. Works great and has held up great so far for having it 3 months. Folds down easily. Does not get super small but still a great size.
