Good morning I have a concealed cistern like this, but the plumber who installed it lost the front access plate. Is it possible to bUy it as a spare?

Hi I am a plumber and if it just the black cover plate you can leave it off if it’s not on show as I’m assuming it’s enclosed in a cabinet I don’t have the black cover plate on the cistern in my house 👍

Excellent value.

Same as another review said, it looks cheap but I am so impressed with the installation, no chance of leaking. Could have done with some information on adjusting the dual flush sliders. I looked online so not a big issue. So good for the money.

Does the job very inexpensively

This is the second one of these I've bought. When I opened the first one I thought it was pretty cheap but it installed easily and works a treat. It comes with everything you need to put it in so I have bought a second one for my second bathroom.
