Great product 🏆
I love this product because it works very well on my skin. I have sensitive skin, so I'm always very careful about what I use on my body. After trying different products, I finally found one that works great for me. It leaves my skin feeling soft, doesn't cause any irritation, and I couldn't be happier with the results.

This stuff works
This stuff works. I’ve tried a lot of eczema creams over the years, and Theraplex is one of the few that actually makes a difference. It’s thick but not greasy, absorbs well, and provides long-lasting moisture. When my skin flares up, it helps calm the itching and dryness fast, and I notice less redness within a day or two. A little goes a long way, and the 6 oz size lasts a while. Definitely a staple in our house.

Haven't used it for long
I haven't used Theraplex Eczema Therapy too many times yet. However, the few times that I did use it, I was very pleased with the results and with how my feet felt & looked!

Amazing - sometimes inconsistent texture (doesn't keep me from buying more)
Inconsistent. I use this as my daily moisturizer and I love it! Provides moisture (vs the barrier balm) and is soothing feels like it sinks in. I've purchased it 7 times. Of those 7, I have had two containers that are gritty and not like the others. Currently dealing with one now, and each time I put it on it feels gritty and I can see white tiny deposits on my face - like lint almost. Because I purchased this one a few months ago on sale it's too late to return, but I've learned I should open them upon receipt and check the consistency.

Very greasy
Nothing but very thick petroleum jelly. I had to wash my hands 4-5 times with Dawn to get the grease off. Did not help my skin.

Great for itch and rash.
My grandson has eczema and this works great. Helped stop the itch.

Good while it lasts, but expensive and last 10-15% is unusable, so there are better options
I love a love–hate relationship with this balm. Pros: -It’s more moisturizing than the Cerave Healing Ointment. -It never irritates my eczema-prone skin (like Aveeno’s Eczema Therapy Itch Relief Balm). -It sinks into the skin enough that I can use it under makeup (in contrast to the Cetaphil Baby Healing Ointment and the Theraplex Emollient). -It feels equivalent to the Theraplex Barrier Balm but helps control eczema itch a bit more. Cons: -It’s not as occlusive/ moisturizing as the Theraplex Emollient (which is my go-to for nighttime use in the winter months) or the Cetaphil Baby Healing Ointment (which is somewhere between the Cerave Healing Ointment and Vaseline). -It’s not as itch-reducing as the Aveeno Skin Relief Healing Ointment. -It’s relatively expensive in comparison to the Cetaphil, Cerave, and Aveeno Ointments. -It’s not available locally and when I’ve ordered it in the summer, the heat melted it such that it leaked all over the container. -The single biggest flaw and the reason I will not repurchase this: When you reach the bottom of the container, there are tiny specks of what I can only assume is unground oatmeal, and the specks feel like those little exfoliating beads in face washes. Except that the exfoliating beads here (1) aren’t washed off since they’re in a balm and (2) are in a balm designed for sensitive eczema skin, which is not where I want to be using a physical exfoliant. The little exfoliating beads essentially render the last 10–15% of the (expensive) jar unusable. (See photo.) Because of the price and exfoliating specks at the bottom, I won’t be repurchasing this—I’ll stick with using the Aveeno Skin Relief Healing Ointment during the day (as it's cheaper, more itch-controlling, available locally, and similarly sinks in enough to wear under makeup) and the Theraplex Emollient at night (the holy grail of nighttime balms imo).
