Recommended for Colonoscopy Prep
I bought this to mix with the extra water that is recommended during colonoscopy prep. Prep was rated as “excellent” and I didn’t get too dehydrated. I used about a 4:1 ratio of water to this Gatorade. This was enough to improve the flavor and make it a lot easier to drink a decent amount between the 8oz doses of prep - while replenishing the electrolytes I was losing. This method kept me hydrated plus helped with the prep process itself. I confidently recommend using this for colonoscopy prep… or whatever else your hydration needs may be.

Best flavor IMHO
Out of all the gatorade flavors, love this one the best. Cherry is not overwhelming. Size of bottle is perfect for a quick quench and easy for smaller hands to handle.

Taste good !
I use to see these and thought, " Oh a sports drink probably no flavor. I had to drink clear liquid and tried them ( frosted)! I was surprised ! They are just fine and didn't taste bad at all. I will try other flavors now. Price was reasonable too.
