Soft Rug 5x8 Washable, Shaggy Fluffy Striped Shag Rugs for Living Room Bedroom Baby Nursery Girls Boys Kids Room Teens Dorm, Non-Slip Plush Chevron Indoor Floor Area Rug, Sage Green and White

First off, having lived through the 60's to the 80"s this is definitely more fluffy than shag which I think is to it's advantage. It is soft and refined feeling and I thought the sage green color I got was immensely attractive and works with various other hues of green which I will be using for countertop decor. This is so nice and not at all funky like ancient shag rugs were with the longer, chunkier fibers in the past. I like the controlled finished look of this and know I can use it in many rooms to advantage. The chevron design brightens up my kitchen immensely and I have it over a thick rubberized pad right now as it is a poured concrete house with tile over the concrete floors which is quite hard on the hips, knees, legs and feet so I am grabbing these washable rugs to put in all 3 of my bedrooms and kitchen to soften the blow as I work and move around the house. The nonslip treatment on the underside adheres to the pad nicely and I think they would do equally well on a tile floor. Think you get a lot of bang for the buck in this.

Fluffy teal rug for our daughter bedroom has been so soft and great place to read a book on. The shag is nice and no shedding, nice color to grow with her and came vacuumed sealed.
