NOT, it's 68.3 pounds with batteries and only about 10 pounds less without. WARNING: We contacted them on the delivery day. They said they would send a return label. We talked AND emailed the reasons for the return as they must meet reasons for free return in the first 7 days. We also sent a picture of their web page showing the information was wrong. We again spoke to someone on phone M, T, & W. Once they offered us $150 to keep it. They also wanted the name on the label that went with the address they mailed to verify and we provided that. We CAN'T use it for reasons stated above. We offered to upgrade to the DX07 $600+ more. Today they claimed WE weren't responding. Now it's the 28th and they want us to give them another 24 hours. Tomorrow is the last day for a return. WARNING: They informed me on the phone not to order until the product was available in their facility as this product is from China and they didn't know how long it would take to get it to them though they have ordered more. This is the same for the DX04 that we were contemplating. Because of certain problems with China these days, it may not be possible for us to get either by mid Nov 2025. The product may be fine, but you must be able to lift the full 68.3 pounds into your trunk and not use on airlines or ships. This was our soul purpose for our buying it. He has a 430 pound power chair and our town has service for it. I will gladly change the review rating if they follow through.
