Not worth the money
It’s rare I review an item. But this product isn’t it. The mask does not fit properly, because it’s so narrow it doesn’t actually cover your eyes, the wire is annoying as plug in only. Wouldn’t recommend for the price.

Very Effective Mask
This mask works well for dry eyes or multi symptoms of your eyes. It makes your eyes feel so much better. The effects of the heat gives your eyes such relief! Also great for headaches too. Very easy to use with multi settings. My Eye Dr. Recommend this product for my eyes. So glad he did, love this mask! Great quality too!

Seems to ease dry eyes, very comfortable and easy wear
Very comfortable to wear, good variable heat settings with timer and with automatic shutoff. A half inch wider and longer would be best but fit is fine for a small, regular size face/head. After 3 weeks use morning and evening, my eyes doesn't seem to feel as dry. Very happy with it so far.

Not very comfortable on the eyes, needs to be bigger to cover the eyes better. Controls are great!

Defect
On the right side, there is something sharp that is jutting out of mine and makes it incredibly uncomfortable to wear. I don’t know if this is a design flaw or a defect with my product in particular.

Excellent for ocular rosacea + dry eye.
Excellent for my ocular rosacea + dry eye. I personally moisten two cotton pads and use under the mask, as moist heat is what truly helps my eyes. Very convenient!! Easy to use. The band is adjustable so no clue why some complain about it. So easy of helps me stay consistent with hot compress daily.
