MaxLLTo ™ Unbrick Fix USB Jig Download Mode for Samsung Galaxy S/S2/S3/S4 II/SII/SIII/SIV #B

Worked exactly as advertised. Plugged in the jig and got the smartphone into download mode. Downloaded a stock image from Android XDA and ran Odin 3.07 to complete the flash and reboot (I also purchased a Transcend microSD adapter to write the disk image needed for booting from the device).

This won't fix all bricking problems. It does what it's supposed to do, and will put a partially functional Galaxy phone into Download mode from a powered off state, without even needing to hit the power button. I tested it, and it does work. That said, it doesn't work on all bricked phones. Sometimes the phone is bricked in such a way, that even the download mode is broken, and you need a different approach, like QFIL or JTAG. That isn't the fault of this product.4 stars because the description could better cover scenarios that it will/won't work in instead of betting that people will just buy & try it because it's cheap.Construction is solid, doesn't feel super cheap. Was worth the $6 to try. Packaging was overkill, lots of plastic. Good tool to have if you own Samsung phones and flash a lot.Note that the SGS3 phone in question doesn't vibrate or turn on at all. It does respond to plugging into a windows PC with Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008 under Ports in the device manager, and will charge a battery (no LED though). If you phone has this behavior, I would not expect this device to boot it. Look elsewhere for a fix.Good Luck.

Didn't work for me, don't know if it was defective, or my phone was too fried. Can't say either way

I have received this USB jig and I have tested it with my bricked smartphone Samsung Galaxy Young GT-S6310 but unfortunately it doesn't work. The problem with my phone is that I have erased for it the table of partitions with the stupid program 'Terminal Emulator', and now the phone is dead (it doesn't power on, and the battery doesn't charge). if anyone knows a solution for this situation, thanks to make me know.

It worked for Samsung Galaxy 3 SPH-L710. Recovered the soft-bricked phone. They sent 2 jigs in the package, instead of 1, good value.

Unfortunately, this little device did not work. I tried every nerd move I possibly could to unbrick my phone. I believe the software updates on SIII's have warranted all Jigs to be useless. Great service though, so 3 stars instead of less... thank you!

Old S2 Skyrocket wasn't booting up. Was able to get into download mode but totally screwed up flashing it with Odin twice and an old stock firmware. Wouldn't boot to download mode anymore. Got this USB Jig and was able to get it back into download mode no problem. I think the phone is screwed though because can't get very far in flashing it at all anymore. At least the Jig allowed me to get it back into download mode. Probably a nand issue now that would have to be repaired. Not worth the cost/hassle for such an old phone that i just use to mess around with.

It work on all but the brick device.
