Fun and Wourkout at the Same Time
It's a lot of fun. I consider it a toy that will challenge adults. Not quite the workout you get going to the gym but it is more fun. Once you get the hang of it, you can teach your friends and watch them as they go through the learning process. I use it at work sometimes to counteract working on a keyboard and mouse all day. It is a little loud for the office and will draw the attention of your nearby friends...but then they ask where you got it because they want one too.

No, not at all
This thing is horrible. Spins for 10-15 seconds max and does nothing for you. I missed the return window, so lessen learned.
