The box was damaged, but the product inside was packaged in plastic. It looks like it will work great on meats and the cheesecloth for canning projects. Great quality cheesecloth!

This kit will last you forever if you're using it at home.If you're using it commercially you'll want to go for other bulk options because you'll go through this package very quickly. This product is aimed mostly for home use. So know that going into it.I use the cloth to make cold brew, homemade cheese and yogurt, the twine for roasts and bouquet garnis, and so much more. It's awesome and is such a great value for the money. The cloth and twine are absolutely restaurant quality and commercial grade.

I have been looking for cheese cloth for a while; and every time I go to the store I would forgot. However, when I saw this similar product online I saw a single package of cheesecloth. As I continue to look on Amazon, I found this combination of cheese and cooking twine by kitchen gizmo.I enjoy cooking so much. I did I need both of the items; I was so pleased I can get them at such a great price!They get up five star rating because of a great product and its availability to the consumer.Great job gizmo family!

Easy to use, great product, I use this to make chicken noodle soup I wrap my chicken breast, my onion, my carrots and my celery in little packages, cover with water when the broth is done I through away the onion, the carrots, and the celery. My chicken package cools a bit then I can take the skin and bones off the chicken strain the broth and put my chicken , fresh carrots, fresh celery back into the soup . This cut hours off making my soup love it.

What can I say about cheesecloth? I need it to strain and drain and not fall apart in a tangle of tattered threads after a single use. This particular cheesecloth does exactly what it's supposed to. It's very strong and easy to clean. I even used it to wring the water out of radishes, and then a quick swish in soapy water, rinse in hot water, and all the pink staining was gone and the cheesecloth was fresh again. (Only issue is that when it's hanging on a hook to dry it looks like a nice white dish cloth and certain, unnamed family members will snatch it up to wipe the counters.)I haven't yet used the twine, but it certainly looks sturdy and made of good quality material just like the cheesecloth.Highly recommend.
