My dog absolutely loves this dry food from Amazon. The lamb and rice formula seems to suit him perfectly—no tummy troubles, and his coat looks shiny and healthy. The 20kg pack size is fantastic value, lasting ages even with daily feeding. The kibble size is just right, and it smells surprisingly good (for dog food!). Highly recommended for anyone wanting affordable, quality nutrition for their furry friend.

great budget dog food with simple good ingredients

For the price this food is great. I have high energy working spaniels that are kennels outside. In the past I have struggled during the shooting season/winter to keep weight on my spaniels but this food is keeping them looking well. I have the lamb and rice as it is higher in calories. Other foods I have used tend to become crumbs at the end of the bag but this food keeps well until the end of the bag, no crumbs. Unfortunately the last delivery took a little while to get to me but I will always order in advance and both bags were split open at the top and left out in the rain. Not great when I had ordered 40kgs. Hopefully it won't go mouldy. Unsure if it was the delivery driver who damaged the bags in order to grip them better to carry them. My previous orders were fine.

I have used this for a few months now for my dogs. They love it and the vet has even commented on how glossy and shiny their coats are. Good quality and value for money in my opinion.

Really great quality and value for money

After two weeks of feeding this food to my labrador—who is normally not a fussy eater—he started vomiting and had diarrhoea. He refused food and water for two days and was clearly in stomach pain. A £500 vet visit later, he recovered on a bland diet of white fish and rice. His change in rfood was not suspected to be the cause of his illness. Once he seemed fully recovered, I cautiously tried this food again as an experiment. Within an hour of eating it, he vomited for the first time in a month. I had bought a large batch, but now I have to throw it all away. Needless to say, I concluded that won’t be purchasing this food again—and I’d advise other dog owners to be cautious.

Good value and quality

My old staffy loved these mixed in with a tin or pouch for dinner or as a half decent snack throughout the day.Excellent value, especially when combined with other offers, which are always abundant on Amazon!
