Absolutely loved this bag initially, after using it for about 3 months the zipper teeth started breaking off, causing the zipper to come off. I bought another new one and same thing happened. I was on my way home and glued one side just so I could keep it closed in the airport(the removed zipper was to remind me that it was the glued side)So disappointed. I didn’t pay retail, but even $79.99 each is too much for this.

I like the bag but the zippers broke after one month of use! I ended up stitching the one of the zipper pouches closed so that it would gap open. Now the teeth on main zipper broke today! They need to use metal zippers on the bag.

If you buy this bag you will fall in love. And then soon get your heart crushed. The zipper on mine fell to pieces in 2 days. I might have bought another until reading the other reviews. The manufacturer has some serious work to do here to save this brand.

Loved the design...... but within a few days of use, the zipper was done.... teeth started falling, zipper would open by itself while closed.... terrible quality...

I loved this backpack... roomy, perfect size for my MS Surface laptop, nice pockets and sleeve to fit over suitcase handle is very convenient. After a few months, the zipper teeth broke off in multiple places, rendering the zipper useless.

Zipper teeth crumbled the first time I used it and in my way to the airport no less. I was going on a 12 day trip and had to hold it closed for 12 hours until I was able to replace it.

Horrible zipper quality.
