Absolutely great flame electric fire, pact with smart tech, I put a small bag of real logs at the bottom, looks smart, there is nothing I don’t like about this electric fire, it’s worth every penny,

Surprising good fire. The colour of the faux flames change so it has a nice effect. I went shopping for an electric stove style fire and found them extremely expensive for what they are. None of them look particularly realistic but this does give a lovely glow and produces enough heat to heat up my large room. I only give 4 stars as the delivery was shocking. It was 3 days late and I kept being told it would arrive today/tomorrow etc then being offered a refund when this was purchased originally as a gift so ended up having to buy something else and kept this for myself. As for the fire though, its very good for the cost.

We bought this item because we had a log burning stove prior to this arriving. We had solar panels fitted and we thought that this would be a good investment. Wasn’t sure what to expect for the price. I must say we are very impressed. Easy to install and use. Looks great and would highly recommend.

Easy to set up and operate using the supplied remote control and the buttons inside the door. With the app installed on my phone (I used SmartLife, but it also works with tuya I understand) and after doing that my Amazon Alexa automatically set itself up to operate the fire that way. Simples! Plenty of options to adjust the flame look and the bed of logs, and the heat output was excellent. Good value for money imho.

Happy with it, main reason its 4 starts not a five would be nice 2 have more choice of coal and flames colours and also they flames are only really visable when its dark. Hard to see if its daylight. Overall its nice, app works great.

Just taken delivery and the flame effect looks great with lots of options but it took a while of pressing buttons to get the fan heater to work There were no instructions, no link to online instructions that I can see and no details of the App to control the fire from your phone. Tried ringing the telephone number for support … it’s no longer active. Tried sending an email for support … it was declined by the system. Doesn’t fill you with confidence :(

Good size and looks good. The fire comes with lots of different selections to enhance a room when on. Can be used with an APP or or the remote. Easy to set up and puts out good heat.
