How do you add another two Notebooks. The extra band supplied is closed end and not treasure ends as I expected

It's difficult to describe, but if you google adding extra notebooks on Youtube, there are videos showing how to do it. Basically put the extra band on one of the notebooks you've already got in your TN, then slot another notebook on to spare elastic which will be along the spine of one of your books. (Told you it's hard to explain, but when you watch youtube, it'll be easy.)

Is this available in A4?

Can you get the 95mm x 140mm refills in a thicker (100g/) plain for ink sketching. (the moleskine cahier journal, set of 3 notebooks is thin)

I have some by Hahnemuhle that are nice if you can track them down.
