Does this item fit 2020 Macbook pro 16?

Yes it does. Both MacBook Pro 16 late 2019 and the 2020 have the same dimensions.

Does this effect the wifi connection? I keep losing the connection , take the cover off and it is fine?

This doesn’t affect the WiFi connection. It is a great protective cover. I haven’t had any issues with this product.

El Mac se queda perfectamente protegido muy recomendable. Contras: el protector de teclado que viene incluido no encaja con el mac ya que mi teclado es español y el protector que viene es el del teclado americano.
