I've tried a variety of lactase enzyme pills in the past and these are by far the most helpful & most effective. I'm able to consume dairy without having any pain, gas, discomfort, or diarrhea. I love being able to carry these around, the container is small and fits perfectly in my purse. I also have difficulty swallowing large pills and these pills are very small and easy to swallow. They additionally sell refill pills separately which greatly decreases waste and packaging!

Finding lactase in an easy to use and less paper waste is wonderful! For years I used other brands with individually wrapped pills and always felt what a waste and not very discreet when out and about. I find these enzymes work great, two are equal to two of the other wrapped in paper brands. I first became aware of this type of product when traveling in Europe and this was how it was packaged. The pills are smaller so easier to take, no after taste, and the cost is very much in line for what you get. I also like that you can buy refills. I definitely recommend!

Amazing pills and easy to fit in any purse

I’ve had limited success with other brands, usually having to eat many many pills just to prevent the initial lactose problems, bloating, pain, etc. but they do nothing for me the next day. These LactoJoy pills, if you start 1-2 before meal, then 1 pill every 5min or so during meal, perhaps totaling 4-6+pills for any given lactose heavy meal, treat all lactose related discomforts for me. Now I don’t avoid cheese or sour cream as often anymore.

If you’ve given up on lactose, these might be your ticket back to enjoying dairy! I had gotten to the point that no matter how many lactaid type pills I took, I was still utterly miserable when I had dairy. These pills have been a game changer because of the potency and how small and easy they are to take 2-3 at a time. These pills case is excellent as well as it makes it very convenient to toss in your pocket or a bag when you’re heading out. It could be because I’m still figuring out dosing but I have noticed sometimes the pills seem to wear off more quickly if I drink anything besides plain water with my meal. It’s happened so consistently that I feel a warning on the package or a note about taking only with plain water is important so people can re-dose earlier. I’ve shared these with all my friends who had given up on dairy. And I’m really glad to have stumbled on these so I can finally enjoy foods again that I haven’t eaten in years.

I REALLY LOVE them. For years I had been using drugstore Lactose pills with OK results, but not great. Ive been using for a week now and the first pill REALLY did the work. No more issues when out eating . I will be ordering them again once I run out. No taste, chewing or swallowing.

I thought my dairy days were completely over. I tried a lot of different lactase products and very few of them helped with the bloating, gas, discomfort, and loose stools that dairy caused me. Lactojoy has made my quality of life so much better. I always carry them with me.

I know these types of pills are heat sensitive, most don't like being over 77F. That said, I ordered mine early May, so temperatures were still pretty low. These things are incredible. I've used the Lactaid Original, Lactaid Fast Acting, and the CVS Extra Strength. Original required so many pills, 3 recommended (usually had to go more for meals with lots of lactose); fast acting had the opposite effect on me and made everything way worse; CVS Extra Strength was my go to it only recommended 2 pills, worked pretty well, and CVS are everywhere. I'm not sure what changed, but CVS has been sold out of their Extra Strength pills for a few weeks now and I even tried multiple CVS in two different states. I had to search for something new. Enter LactoJoy. The reviews are mostly good, it's still spring so the shipping process isn't going to be too hot, and I liked that they come in a tin. Figured I would give them a shot. I've thrown just about everything I can at it while still only taking the recommended 1 pill. One meal was a cheese plate followed by mac and cheese, another meal was enchiladas with sour cream, another was chili cheese tots and a milk shake. Each of these meals I would have taken 3+ of the CVS Extra Strength and it would have eliminated the discomfort, but I would still be gassy and end up in the bathroom a few hours later. However, the LactoJoy I had no discomfort, no bathroom visit, only the shake made me a little gassy (very little compared to others). I'm going to buy more to stock up now.

Soffro di una forte intolleranza al lattosio da tantissimo tempo e, dopo aver provato decine di integratori diversi acquistati in farmacia, posso dire con certezza che le pillole LactoJoy sono in assoluto le migliori sul mercato. Ormai le ricompro regolarmente ogni due mesi da anni e non le cambierei per nulla al mondo. ​Il punto di forza di queste pillole è l'altissima concentrazione di lattasi (14.500 FCC). Con gli altri marchi dovevo prendere due o tre pastiglie sperando che bastassero, mentre con LactoJoy ne basta una sola appena prima di iniziare a mangiare per potermi godere una pizza con mozzarella, un gelato o un cappuccino senza avere il minimo fastidio, gonfiore o mal di pancia. Funzionano al 100% e mi hanno ridato la libertà di mangiare fuori casa con gli amici in totale serenità. ​La confezione in metallo è fantastica: piccolissima, super elegante e robusta, si infila comodamente in tasca o in borsa senza rischiare che si apra. Inoltre, le pastiglie sono piccole, facili da deglutire e si possono anche spezzare a metà se si deve consumare un pasto con poco lattosio. Nota di merito anche per la formulazione molto pulita, senza additivi inutili. ​Se siete intolleranti e cercate un prodotto definitivo che funzioni sul serio, acquistatele a occhi chiusi. Per me sono un prodotto vitale. Cinque stelle strameritate!

C’est pour le moment ma marque d’enzyme préférée. En tant qu’étudiante en médecine, c’est celle que je recommande à mes patients ( et non, je ne reçois aucun avantage de cette entreprise ). Après avoir testé personnellement ces enzymes pendant 3 mois, je les trouve bien efficaces, même sur une intolérance sévère. J’ai l’habitude de manger régulièrement du lactose et c’est devenu mon allier pour beaucoup de repas. 1 boîte de 80cp tient environ 3 mois. Elles ne sont pas efficaces à 100% tout le temps, mais prises à temps, elles s’approchent du 95%. 1 comprimé contient la dose suffisante pour un repas avec une contenance de lactose moyenne. Il m’arrive de doubler la dose (risotto ou flanc par exemple) ou de la diviser par deux (juste un dessert à la crème), en cela les comprimés sécables sont très utiles. J’avais lu que quelqu’un recommandait de les croquer légèrement afin que leur effet total soit atteint rapidement et en même temps que le repas car elles étaient trop compactées et je confirme. La boîte est très pratique, discrète. J’en ai commandé plusieurs pour en laisser au travail par exemple pour ne pas être prise au dépourvue. Je me demande par contre si le fait que cette boîte ne soit pas hermétique ne détériore pas la qualité des enzymes pour des personnes pour qui une boîte durerait plus de 3 mois. Enfin une dernière question, je me demande si ces enzymes ne pourraient pas être un facteur (mineur) d’aggravation d’une gastrite/ulcère/reflux gastro-œsophagien. Je n’ai pas encore trouvé la réponse mais je la publierais ici dès que je l’aurais. Question prix, je trouve l’option de recharge très intéressante. J’ai apprécié le minimum d’emballage également.

Ich habe seit einigen Jahren mit Lactoseintoleranz zu kämpfen. Jedesmal hatte ich Magenschmerzen, Durchfall, Blähungen, also die typischen Symptome, die man nach Einnahme von Lactose hat. Ich habe viele Lactosetabletten Online vergliechen und bin am ende bei Lactojoy gelandet, der Preis ist 2-3 Fach treuer als alle anderen Tabletten die es für schmales Geld gibt, deswegen war ich skeptisch, ob die Tabletten ihr Geld wert sind, die Antwort ist aber ganz klar, JA. Eine der Gründe die wahrscheinlich den Preis rechfertigen sind, die Produktion in Deutschland + das nur pflanzliche Zutaten in den Tabletten enthalten ist. Ich nehme die Tabletten jetzt seit 4 Tagen, immer bevor ich etwas Esse wo Lactose enthalten sein könnte und was soll ich sagen, schon am ersten Tag hatte ich keine Magenschmerzen, Blähungen oder Durchfall mehr, wirklich ein TRAUM ! Die Packung ist auch klein, super handlich und sieht null nach "Medikament" aus, hat eher was von mini Bonbons. Man kann sie auch leicht zerkauen und so runterschlucken ohne wasser Sie haben keinen komischen Geschmack und schmecken nach nichts. Leider steht nirgendwo wie lange eine Tablette ihre Wirkung behält, ich habe sicherheitshalber nach 2-3 Stunden eine neue Tablette genommen, kurz bevor ich wieder Lactose zu mir genommen habe, weil ich es nicht riskieren wollte wieder Nebenwirkungen von der Lactose zu haben, die Wirkung der Tabletten eventuell gescheitert wäre und man dann denkt, die Tabletten helfen garnicht. Ich bin zufrieden mit den Lactosetabletten und Sie helfen mir zu 100%. Da die Tabletten ziemlich teuer sind und ich pro Tag 1-4 Tabletten zu mir nehme, ist die 80 Packung in 1-2 Monaten leer, dass geht dann schon sehr in den Portemonnaie. Ich bin daher noch am überlegen ob ich auf günstigere Tabletten umsteige oder doch bei denen hier bleibe.

I am extremely disappointed! This product does not work. There are other ones that actual work for less money. I am now stuck with these pills that I can’t use and have paid $60 for them. Don’t waste your money. I had to go to the pharmacy and buy some over the counter.
