This is a great laser and is very easy to use with great customer support.

Not the best engraver, cup holder tends to shake causing the engraving to be very off. Doesn’t come with good directions or recommended settings to get you started you waste MANY items just trying to figure it out. The recommended software is so horrible and difficult to use we went with grbl instead. Easier to use, but still not great. You would think someone would come up with a cheat sheet with ALL the recommended settings.

Was missing parts, reached out to Amazon and the only resolution was to take it apart return it, reorder it and put it all back together again. This thing wasn't easy to assemble.

So far I'm satisfied. I did need to purchase a cover and exhaust fan, and the software to use this is NOT intuitive (I learned Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop faster), but the actual equipment seems to be exactly what I was hoping for. I've only done basic test engraving so far, no cuts or full designs. My biggest issue that prompted the 3 stars is that 4 of the risers/legs can't be used because the screws are so far down into the leg that I cannot attach them to the other risers as required. So now I have to buy more before I can attempt to use the rotary tool for engraving bottles and stuff.

Just got everything put together the touchpad is black stays black even after following all trouble shooting. Seems a bit crazy to spend decent money and have it not work.
